Via launches hundreds of transit tech services globally, each requiring a distinct local identity that balances client and Via branding across vehicle wraps, social ads, landing pages, and print.
The Challenge:
Back-to-back launches across diverse markets with no scalable system — risking inconsistency, inefficiency, and assets built from scratch every time.
The Solution:
I designed a flexible brand framework and evergreen campaign toolkits, standardizing the process early so teams could focus on strategy and quality instead of production.
My Role:
Led brand identity development for each launch, balancing Via's standards with client and GTM needs. Built and owned the evergreen toolkit system, reducing launch timelines across 5+ monthly campaigns. Aligned Growth, PR, and Product teams to keep assets on-brand, on-brief, and on time.
Impact:
Contributed to 400K+ weekly rides and a 30% increase in brand recognition across Via's global markets.
